Brief Answer:
Likely to be Infection of Testicle (Orchitis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query
Based on the facts that you have posted the pain in testicle that you have is mostly due to infection of Testicle (Orchitis)

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis
1) Urine culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum

In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with pain killer Diclofenac twice daily

Further treatment will depend on results of these tests and final diagnosis

Ensure to drink more water This will help you to reduce dysuria

Thanks and Regards
