Question : I have had problems swallowing food at times. I sometimes have to force water down to dislodge food. Its painful as well.
I have had a lot of sinus drainage and also acid re-flux.

Have not been able to get in to see a doctor.
Symptoms for 6 months
No medications except Prylosec

Thanks for the additional information.
Esophagitis is the most likely cause.
Continue taking Prilosec.
You may need to undergo endoscopy at the earliest to rule out narrowing in the esophagus also.
You also need to take mucinex to help with your postnasal drip due to sinusitis which may be worsening your symptoms.
