Question : I have had really bad stomach pain all day feels like cramps but no period and a headache for nearly 2 days and am heating up and sweating, I’ve taken Panadol and nurofen but it doesn’t help

Have seen your details and I appreciate your concern.
Very likely you are having stomach flu( mildly symptomatic).Infection causes muscle of intestine to get inflammed and hence spasmodic contraction and relaxation causes pain.When ever there is infection in body it's temperature rises to kill the bacteria's(natural process).
Just taking Ibuprofen won't help you need to take an anti spasmodic along with it.
Dicyclomine in doses 10 mg can be taken three times a day.
Along with it take lots and lots of fresh juices to maintain proper electrolyte balance.
No non veg food for 3-5 days.
Stick to vegetarian home made diets.
Green lentils with rice would be best along with yoghurt.
Keep you food very light and easily digestible.
Add a probiotic like VSL#3 it would replete the good bacteria's of gut and would help your intestines to recover very fast.

If possible an ultrasound test could be done if not relieved even after following above instructions.
Remain calm things would settle down in a day or two.
