Question : I have had right lower quad pain for a month, a CT and X-ray have been done, both saying a lot of stool packed on right side. I have done benefiber, Miralax, mag citrate and milk of mag. They have all exhausted me in the bathroom, but still having pain. I drink close to a gallon of water a day, I work in medical field on my feet all day. What else can I possibly do to get that out?
Brief Answer:
Do a stool test for parasites.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
You have done a ct and x-ray which show the conditions of all abdominal and all organs seem normal.
I think you should do a stool test to check for parasites also.
If this comes out normal you may need to do a laparoscopy to check the organs better.
You can use buscopan to relieve muscle spasms.
Hope I have answered the question.
