Question : I have had this on my penis since birth and cannot find any information online as to what it is. It is not painful in any way, but I feel it is just unsightly. any help identifying it would be appreciated.

It is a benign lesion present at birth or develop in childhood.
You need to consult a surgeon and get it excised.
