Question : I have had this rash for over 24hr know there like little tiny bumbs have not changed any of my sosps

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be an eczematous rash.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime for 7-8 days.
This should resolve the rash.
