That could be because of anxiety, poor quality of sleep, physical overexertion, ALS and benign fasciculation syndrome. NCV and EMG test should be done for proper diagnosis. Please do regular physical exercise, meditation on daily basis. Please drink plenty of water. Avoid oily, spicy food. Take care.
