Question : I have hemmoroids which are bleeding right now. I also had some bleeding in thefront when I wipe. Could that bleeding also be associated with the hemmoroids?

The blood from hemorrhoids will be in the poo and also when you wipe around the anal area. Maybe it spreads sometimes at the root of the penis, because the blood drips.
What you can do is to avoid as much as possible being constipated- eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, foods rich in fibers, drink a lot of water.
Be active by walking every day.
Have sit baths with warm water- 20 min twice per day.
Apply over the counter cream against hemorrhoids which has a steroid against inflammation and also lidocaine against the pain.

The bleeding is in the back and also this morning when I wiped in thevaginal area. Could the bbleeding in the front bedue tohemmorohoid or should I be concerned that it might be something else? I am using hydrocortisone suppositories 25 mg. hoping they will help. bleeding also in toiletbowl.

In this case that you say you are a woman then things change. - No the bleeding in the vagina does not come from the hemorrhoids. Make sure you make a visit to a local gynecologist to check what is going on. Using hydrocortisone suppositories for hemorrhoids is ok. But first make sure if you have the bleeding from them and not from vaginal problem otherwise means you are using medication for nothing.

l called my gynecologist office this morning. They said that bleeding in front When wiping could be from the hemorrhoids if the hemorrhoids are bleeding. They advised me to keep an eye on it, And if the bleeding occurred when the hemorrhoids were not bleeding to contact the doctor. The bleeding in Front when wiping only happened once, and that was yesterday morning. Your thoughts?
