Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I already reviewed the report.
I would suggest laser hemorrhoidoplasty and for the fissure later internal sphincterotomy.
Hemorrhoid laser procedure is a new procedure for treatment of hemorrhoids.
The hemorrhoidal arterial flow is stopped by laser coagulation.
The procedure is very safe and has a long term effect.
Lateral internal sphincterotomy is an operation performed on the internal anal sphincter muscle for the treatment of chronic anal fissure.
The procedures can be performed both in the same setting.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards!

The recovery time may last 4 to 6 weeks if the procedures are done both
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
The procedures have almost the same recovery time.
It may last from one to three weeks.
After this period you should be able to do normal activities.
If the two procedures are performed both the recovery time may be longer.
It may last from four to six weeks.
It is very important to avoid constipation during this period to shorten the recovery period.
Hope it helps.
Kind regards,
