I haven’t had sex since November 2019 so I don’t think it is a STD or anything. I do masturbate but I’m not sure how that can cause that. This started happening maybe around last month. And i haven’t tried any medications so far. I think it would just eventually go down.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the photos.
They show the following:
Fordyce's spots: needs no active treatment.
Eversion of the urethral mucosa that is out-pouching and can occur in many people. If there are no symptoms, nothing to worry about.
If there is any pain during urination, burning, itching or so then you need to go for the tests of urine and blood. If there is any evidence of infection in urinary tract then a proper course of an antibiotic may be needed.
If there are no symptoms then stop worrying.
Get urine routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity tests on a safe side.
Keep the area clean with plain water wash 2 - 4 times a day.
You do not need any local applications at the moment.
