Question : I have itching in inner area of my left thigh. This itching in on and off.

Thanks for your query

Based on the description and site affected, I suspect it to be fungal infection called intertrigo.

You can apply Miconazole cream twice daily after washing thoroughly.

Also, can take tablet Cetrizine 10mg in the night after food for not more than 5 days for itching.
