The best and first like treatment for keloids is intralesional steroids e.g intralesional triamcinolone acetonide 40 mg/ ml. The injection can be repeated after 3 weeks, if required. This is done by a dermatologist so I would advice tou to visit a dermatologist for the necessary treatment.
