I Have Kinda Pain In My Right Testicle

It can not be Testicular Torsion .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted pain in Rt testicle and Spermatic cord that you have is most likely to be due to infection of either Epididymis or Testicle ( Epididymo -Orchitis ).
Take antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin and Nitrofurantoin along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily for a week .
Get the prescription of drugs from your family physician.
Ensure to drink more water to keep yourself well hydrated .
If problem persists you will need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination in person and get following basic tests done to establish the diagnosis .
1) Urine routine and urine culture .
2) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

To be exact, the first day, I had very little pain, the 2nd day it was more, yesterday it was almost gone and today, again, some pain... And for example, I woke up in the middle of the night maybe 1-2 time because of the pain.
The shape seems normal to me, maybe a little reddish (or even not, it's really hard to even notice). Maybe I am over reacting because of the pain and my worrisome...I don't know .. It doesn't hurt when I touch it... And sometime I have sharp pain both in my testicle and the lower right abdomen (not that severe, maybe 4 or 5 out of ten, but it last for only a couple of seconds.... But the testicle discomfort (the dull pain) is kinda always there, but not that strong, maybe 2-3... Sometimes 4...
Can I be sure it is not torsion? I am planning to see my usologist next month, but at this moment I just wanted to know if it is an emergency or I have to do something immediately... sorry to ask again but I am worried a little. Please advise
I appreciate your effort.
Regards,
Arvin
I again state that it can not be a Testicular Torsion
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
Testicular torsion always presents with unbearable pain in Scrotum, abdomen associated with vomiting and discolouration of Scrotum .
Hence I again emphasise that you do not have Testicular Torsion.
Take medicines which I have suggested in my earlier reply. It will work for you.
Thanks and Regards
