Brief Answer:
May be Bartholin's cyst... Kindly attach images

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice. If possible kindly attach images so that I can get better idea.

As per your history, it may be Bartholin's cyst.

For that I would suggest you to consult with gynecologist for detailed examination. He/she may advise antibiotics and surgical drainage as per evaluation.

Till then you can try sitz bath i. e soaking in tub filled with warm water. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Maintain proper hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.
