Question : I have large and painful lump in the space beteeen the anus and vaginal opening. It is long and drooping. I am a 69 y/o female and I have never given birth. My periods stopped at 20! I still have never experienced menapause. This lump is about 3%E2%80%9Dx1.5 in size. Can you help me? Thank you. With kindness, XXXXXXX
