Question : i have little pain in my ridght back side of head. i have cold also.in every morning i aoke up paon will arive... while driving two wheeler it will arive...

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that the symptoms which you are explaining points towards cervical spondylitis, however to rule out any cardiac issue I would like to suggest you to simply get the ECG done.

Also you need to personally consult orthopaediacian and get a cervical spine x-ray done.
