You have mentioned that lymphocyte counts is 44.4. Do you mean to say it is 44.4 thousand per uL? That's quite high.

You will need to a peripheral blood smear examination to look for abnormal lymphocytes and a flow cytometry on blood to rule out chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

I suggest you meet a hematologist or hemato oncologist to proceed.

If you can share the full blood report then it will help me to guide you better.
