I Have Mild Pain In My Left Testical Continuously And

Question: I have mild pain in my left testical continuously and sometimes in right testical. I am wearing scrotum supporter regularly but pain reoccur.

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have recurrence of pain in testicle on left side after one year .

This could be due to either
1) Infection of Testicle or
2) Varicocele

Please get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis
1) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum
2) Color Doppler study of scrotum.

In the mean time start taking antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin ad Nitofurantoin twice daily along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenaac twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water .

Continue using scrotal support .

USG s scrotum report shows "Left side mild Hydrocele".

Thanks for follow up and uploading scan report ,The mild hydrocele on Left side is secondary to infection of left testicle (Orchitis)

Take
1) Antibiotics like Doxicycline and Nitrofurantoin along with Hetrazan twice daily for 10 days .
2) Diclofenc twice daily for 5 days

Continue using scrotal support .

Ensure to drink more water.
