As you have excluded pregnancy, you can use progesterone to induce period after evaluation by your health care provider. If you still suspect pregnancy, as is evident from your expression, please go for the blood test and/or the trans-vaginal sonogram to clarify totally.

A 3-5 day progesterone course should suffice. Withdrawal bleeding is usually seen after a couple of days.
