today I saw little blood in it

It is not dangerous
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
What colour is mucous? Any other symptom? It is common to have some blood in mucous if there is some inflammation of the throat or even in allergies. It doesnot mean any thing. However you could do a complete blood count test if possible to find probable cause. A swab of nasopharyngeal mucous for culture, sensitivity and ZN staining may also help find cause of mucous. But its not an emergency or dangerous condition as per your description.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
