I Have My Left Shoulder Pain . Especially While Sleeping

You’re going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that although your symptoms looks a typical of any chest or cardiac disease but an ECG is highly advisable to rule out any underlying cardiac pathology.
If ECG comes normal then most likely your pain is musculoskeletal in origin and you simply need to rest for a couple of days along with hot fomentation at the site of pain and avoid doing any weights.

I did have a minor accident in February. where my two wheeler slipped and I tried to catch with my left hand. had an impact at that time. managed without treatment as Corona started after that
