I Have Nausea And Sometimes I Vomit, On Or Off

Question: I have nausea and sometimes I vomit, on or off for the last couple of months. There are days when I feel better. Sometimes just part of the day I feel better, the other part of the day nausea is very pronounce. It does interfere with my life, it is non-predictable and I do not know the diagnostic or what I can do or take to feel better.

I had in the past ulcer, later on a doctor looked into my stomach and it was a gastritis. There are resolved. However the nausea is still there. The blood work, CBC is normal.

Have gone through your details and I appreciate your concerns,
Your case does not sound just Gastritis rather as nausea is continuous with off and on vomiting there could be ulcers in your stomach and duodenum.
Gastritis means inflammation in wall of gut this inflammation causes irritation giving a feeling of nausea however if this irritation is continuos there can be ulcers also.
I would suggest you to go for a test called endoscopy.They are going to put a tube with camera on it to look for ulcers.
As off now take
Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily
Tablet Domstal 10 mg three times a day
Any antacid syrup twice
Follow up with reports of endoscopy.
