It could be gastritis probably.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
As per your description the symptoms could be due to gastritis. However we have to rule out various other possibilities also.
As you have given only few information, we could think of most common possibilities like gastritis or acid reflex.
As of now you can take antacids-antiemetic combination like omeprazole-domeperidone for symptomatic relief. Avoid spicy foods also.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated. In that case an ultrasound scan and endoscopy might be required.
