I Have Neck, Shoulder, And Wrist Issues ( Tendinopathy ,

Question: I have neck, shoulder, and wrist issues (tendinopathy, arthritis, nerve issues). What affects me most though is right arm cubital tunnel syndrome. My doctor recommended wearing a night brace. However, when I wear it, I wake up in the middle of the night with significant tingling in my pointer finger and the forearm muscles near my thumb. In this picture, I've highlighted the two areas with tingling at night in yellow: https://www.dropbox.com/s/a1vv004vzkb25dq/arm%20anatomy%20%281%29.jpg?dl=0

I don't have this tingling at night if I don't wear the brace. Can you give me advice? Does this mean that when I wear the elbow brace, I unintentionally put my wrist in the wrong position? Should I wear a wrist brace at night also? Thank you for your help.

Brief Answer:
Avoid wearing brace at night

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir,
seen the attachment you have send, dont wear the brace in the night as it makes you uncomfortable while sleeping and put pressure on different points while sleeping in different positions.use it through out the day and i will advise you to go for a surgery. its a very minor surgery and you will be completely symptoms free.
Thanks
