Question : I have no insurance and not enough money to go to a doctor. A few days ago I started having arm pain in both arms. Yesterday evening I started hurting from under my right arm down the arm around to my shoulder blade. I did pick up some things yesterday. Could this be something pulled or is this warning sign that i am about to have a heart attack soon. My anxiety is through the roof about all this. I am trying to stay as calm as possible. I have bad teeth and some sinus trouble but also my lower jaw was hurting a couple days ago as well. I have no idea how my cholesterol or anything is because I have never had it checked I don't have a doctor.

Answer as below
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for the query,
Pain radiating from the left arm to the jaw could be a sign of an impending heart attack. Best to go to the ER if this is the case.
Bilateral arm pain could be due to a pinched nerve in the spine in your neck. Avoid bending neck forward and lifting heavy objects. Keep a pillow behind the shoulder blades when sleeping. Take Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen for pain relief.
Hope I have answered your query.
