I forgot ONE important word....The ][question is about Lyrica doses....please.
Brief Answer:
Increase dosage gradually.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
You can start taking lyrica 50 mg three times a day for first week and then can increase it up to 100 mg three times per day with maximum dosage 300mg.
I would recommend you to take less than 300mg per day increasing gradually from 150 mg according to your symptoms.
Increasing dosage gradually can give relief and with less side effects.
Hope I have answered the question.

Thank you Doctor- I have been considering a move just like your suggestion. Having been an RN for 40+ years, I am 'smart enough to know' that is better not to medicate on my own. Appreciated.
Brief Answer:
Wishing you good health.
