Question : I have not moved my bowels in two days so I took some natural laxative, Calm, which is magnesium based. Since then I have had intermittent pain on my left side underneath my rib cage. I am also expelling gas. I am afraid I may be having an appendicitis or gall bladder attack. I also some Zantac which helps a little reduce the pain.
