These are seborheic keratosis/ dermatosis papulosa nigra. They are benign, that is, of not much concern. They are small epidermal growths that need to be removed with cautery. Usually they are asymptomatic. You can use calamine lotion to relive the burning sensation but the spots won't go with that. These spots can be removed with cautery, if you desire or can be just left alone
