Question : Just wondering if u may be familiar with a condition known as atypical odontalgia. It is also known as phantom tooth pain, a dull pulling ache that is caused by excessive dental work but is not a dental issue. I am told more of a neurological issue. I've had this for over 30 years now, have tried many meds and from so much periodontal work between two implants, now have a large open space there which has caused a dual problem - the odontalgia issue coupled with a deep dry socket in the gum between two implants. Just wondering if u are familiar with this condition. Thanks so much.

Also since it is of neurological type once you can meet a neurologist and get medicines to reduce the intense pain. Also these type of pain can arise if you are too much stressed in life. I suggest you do yoga and meditation daily or anything that sorts so that your mind can be relieved of stress. Cool and calm mind can be best medicine for any solution.
