Question : I have one white big pimple some very small white pimple on my penis and some warts on my genital area from 6 months tell me the treatment

Hi,

Some men report multiple small pimple like structures on the penis under the foreskin and around the edge of the glans. It's called as pearly white papules.
And these are normal glands and don't cause any problems.
I am not sure if the small white pimple you are referring to is the same pearly while papules. You can visit a doctor / dermatologist to confirm.

Warts on the genital area are of concern if you are sexually active and have been in contact with unknown partners. There are wart removal creams available on prescription. However it will be ideal if you can get yourself checked for HPV infection.

I will suggest a physical evaluation by a dermatologist in such situations.
