Hello,

Please let me know,
Do you have knee swelling?
Do you have any movement restriction at knee joint?

In that case, you may require x ray or MRI knee joint after orthopaedic surgeon opinion to rule out fracture or ligament/meniscus tear.

Till that for pain, you can take tablet brufen 400 mg. Apply diclofenac gel or spray locally. Use knee cap. Take rest and Avoid forceful movements at knee joint.
