Brief Answer:
it could be it

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query. I have read it, and understand your health concern.

You have pain in your lower abdomen. Yes, it could be a stone in kidney.

Do you feel pain while passing urine? Is it intermittent, squeezing or dragging kind of a pain?

I suggest you get an x-ray of the KUB region to look for any stones in the urinary tract. Also, you may want to do an ultrasound of the whole abdomen to look for any other causes of your lower abdominal pain.

Please let me know if you have more queries.

Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr Shanthi E
