Pain in the lower gum could be due to many reasons, commonest being erosion of gum/gingiva, ulcer formation or it could be pus collection.

Please get it looked at by a dentist as soon as possible.

For the time being, I would advise you to take Tablet Combiflam and consult a dentist in the morning.

Further treatment depends on the exact cause of the pain.
