I would like to know if you had a fall/sprain/injury?
From when do you have pain?
Is it around the waist or only at the back or sides?

Meanwhile, you can take Tab. Dolo 650 mg for pain. Hot fomentation on the area followed by application of volini gel followed by a hot shower. Repeat this process twice daily for 3 to 5 days.
