Question : I have pain stomach crisis very intense , since a trip to Nepal 2 years ago
I have gone to the emergency room without results , they only treat my pain and the general blood exams are okey. In one RNM appear some small liquid on XXXXXXX sack. With the time I feel intense anxiety at the same time of the pain . Some new for me

Hello,
Can you tell exactly the site of pain i.e right upper side or left lower part?
Is the pain accompanied with nausea,vomiting etc?
Any history of loose stools?
Any tests like usg abdomen,CT abdomen done?
Medicines tried?

It is upper in epigastric . Nauseas sometimes vomits but principally for pain
Examens are normals
Endoscopy show little congestive área at duodeno
One RNM last year show little liquid on XXXXXXX sack . I Was in observación
The pain is intense in cannot do anything in crisis
Normal weight

Hello again,
The main two causes of upper right sided pain are-
1)Gastritis-Ruled out by colonoscopy.
2)Gall bladder pathology-Was an ultrasound abdomen done?
What is RNM test?
Have you tried antacids?
