Brief Answer:
Consultation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
First of all I like to inform you that panic attacks do not last for days and generally there is either complete or partial resolution of symptoms by the end of few minutes or within an hour.
It is possible that your anxiety disorder which resulted in panic attacks, contributed for muscle spasms and other related symptoms.
Now in regard to treatment as home remedy deep breathing exercises can be used to ease out muscle spasms.
As a definitive treatment benzodiazepines such as xanax 0.25 mg on need basis can be used.
I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
