Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor,

I have gone through your query and can certainly understand your concern,

Post menopausal bleeding does not necessarily mean anything serious, but it always demands the need to rule out all probable causes. This could just be a spotting due to endometrial atrophy causes by hormonal changes. I would suggest it best for you to get an appointment with a gynaecologist soon enough, who may ask you to get some investigations done like Pap smear, transvaginal ultrasound or an endometrial biopsy if required. Treatment may very accordingly.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further,

Regards
