I have problem of excess white thick mucus blocks my nose and throat irritation which causes me breathing problems during night please suggest some medicines

Welcome,

It seems that you are having allergic rhinitis and laryngopharyngeal reflux or acid reflux. Start a fluticasone nasal spray 2 puff at bedtime for 1 month to decrease allergic reactions inflammation. Take saline nasal spray solspre 1 puff thrice daily to clear the allergic mucus. Take steam inhalation. Do warm saline gargle. Drink more water. You can take mucolytic tablet bromhexine to clear the mucus. Take pantoprazole tablet to reduce acid reflux also. Avoid excess spicy food, exposure to allergens like dust, cold. Continue the above remedies. Sleep after 2 hours of dinner. Please review if you have any queries.
