Question : I have purapura and want to know how or if something can be done. Its all over my arms, legs, and now breasts.

I have gone through your query and purpura in your case seems to be related to old age and thinning of skin.
There is no specific treatment for it although it can show some improvement with the intake of vitamin C tablet.
I would recommend you to take vitamin C 500 mg tablet twice daily.
Also apply moisturizing lotion on the body 2-3 times in a day.
