Brief Answer:
Consult a sexologist nearby in person and get solved your problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
PE is a subjective feeling. No man can satisfy sexually 100% women. It is a rule all over the world. Nature creates women's body to get aroused with much delay when compared to men (this is nature's protective mechanisms to save guard women from excessive sexual drive and not to fall prey for conception). There are other ways to satisfy women.
Regarding your PE, there are drugs available in the market to delay the ejaculation and anxiolytic drugs also will help in this regard. Local anesthetic gels also can help to an extent for some individuals. But I cannot suggest drugs online without seeing you personally and without any examination, interactions and investigations. It is better to meet a sexual medicine specialist nearby place and seek advice. It is not big issue, Relax. You will be alright.
