Question : I have read that there is a new medicine for depression that can also help Fibromyalgia. I beleive it starts with an N but I can't remember the name.

Not 'N', I think it starts with 'M' as in MILNACIPRAN, i.e. available as brand names Savella, Dalcipran etc.

However, it's primary use is for Fibromyalgia only, although it has exhibited antidepressant effects similar to other generations of antidepressants...
