Question : I have really bad pain in stomach then started bleeding and have passed big blood clots was worried it was more

I'm not sure where you are bleeding from, but if you are passing blood clots with your bowel movements, you need to go to the ER immediately, since this would be concerning for a stomach bleed, and especially if there is red blood from a stomach bleed in your bowel movements, this would indicate that there is a lot of bleeding.

So if this is the case, please call for an ambulance right away and get to the hospital as soon as you can.

I'm really sorry, I still haven't received it, can you make sure it was sent to the right email address? But regardless, if you are feeling tired, it is very possibly you are anemic and have lost a significant amount of blood, and I would recommend you see your doctor or go to the ER to get your blood checked and make sure you are alright, since it sounds like the pain you are having could be dangerous as well.

Yes, I got it now. That is a large blood clot, is there any way you could have had a miscarriage? Do you have regular periods? Regardless, I still think you need to get checked out with an exam and blood tests to make sure you are ok and to try to figure out what is causing this, you may also need an ultrasound to look at your uterus.

I have both fallopian tubes removed due to eptoics 7 years ago so don't know if that possible. yea period always on time and last 9 days but last month only bleed a little for 3 days
