Question : I have recently injected clindamycin into my scrotum and it has been two days it has left a hard pocket inside that is sore to the touch. Will it go away? What should I do about it?

Why have you injected clindamycin into your scrotum? To me, it sounds like an abscess and treatment typically consists of incision and drainage by a surgeon. If there is anything to see with the naked eye, a photo would be helpful.
