Question: I have recorded high blood pressure and i also very deep thinker and get panic very early ..now a days i am feeling lightness or light weight weakness in legs and arms but i can run also ..i have visited to neurologist also.. i am just horrified that does i have brain clots ?

I have taken medicines also.. the neurologist also said that i am fit and fine but i am not getting relief in my symptoms and problem please help me ..as i am depressed and frustrated now

After reviewing the details provided by you I would like to tell you that your symptoms are non specific and generalised. Look more of anxiety related however before jumping to anything I would like to know few things

1. Do you smoke?
2. What was the high bp that you recorded?
3. Any other medical illness?

No i did not smoke.. last time i have recorder bp 170/100 at neurologist clinic it was this high as i have hospital and clinic phobia..i really get very panic and that time we were at the neurologist clinic and about to go in the doctor's room for check ups..i was terribly horrified since past 2 hours while continuously thinking what will the doctor say..if i have serious health problems or something..doctor have also said that why you are so horrified like a kid

He added that you have nothing and you are fit and fine ..he checked my power by giving index finger to hold ..and said see you have more power even than me.. my mother was also there and my whole family as i get horrified going any doctor alone.. so my mother said that he is horrified thinking that you will write tests like CT SCAN AND MRI.. then the doctor started laughing and said i have checked you but still for your satisfaction i will check your CT SCAN ..but before that i am giving you 201% assurance that there will be nothing wrong in the report.. then i also refused it laughingly☺

No i have no other medical illness.. yes i feel headaches but after taking medicines of the neurologist there is big relief..

I suggest you to personally visit a psychologist and take stress management session to learn how to control and deal with stress.

Thankyou so much.. i also feels like dizziness and balance problem in movements ..sometimes it feels like i am fainting ..its all due to normal stress na sir??
