I Have Recurring Constipation . Couldn't Go 2 Days Ago

Question: I have recurring constipation. Couldn't go 2 days ago so I used Docusol Plus and had a huge bowel mostly normal looking bowel movement. I want to know if it's safe to use again as the direction say 1 -3 units daily, seems extreme. I tried Milk of Magnesia this morning at 10:30AM and still no result. Looking for long term solution.

Better to use it alternate days, not daily because this is also habit dependent.
Try more high fiber diet, curd, yogurt and butter milk.

How safe and effective are Ducolax Bisacodyl Suppositories? I have BPH and want to avoid any issues there.

Also I'm following a strict diet of fruits and vegetables, why are my stools so dry and hard. Becoming impossiblle to pass?
