Looks like rosacea.

Hi,
I have gone through the photographs.

These lesions look like rosacea. Possibly an early stage of eruption.

As first-line management, you can apply over the counter available Clindamycin lotion (Clincin is a popular brand) for symptomatic relief.

Drink plenty of water and include more fruits and vegetables to your diet.
You can wait for two weeks for spontaneous recovery.
