I Have Red Irritated Skin Around The Head Of My
Question: I have red irritated skin around the head of my penis and foreskin. It is very dry and chapped. Very painful to try and pull foreskin down. I have tried applying skin lotions, but doesn't seem to work. What can I do?

it's a little blurry, but you can see the redness on the head. I tried to pull the skin down more for another angle, but was too painful.
