Since 8 month, I didn't injure my leg and it's not hurt. He suddenly appeared Redness increases in some sitting positions

Reduction of animal protein in the diet may result in less collagen which is essential to maintain the elasticity of the skin.
When the collagen is not enough then the skin superficial layers gives up and result in the stretch marks like what you have.
You may have to increase the animal protein intake or can take collagen supplements.
