Brief Answer:
Pityriasis rosea, antivirals & topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be pityriasis rosea,
It is a self limiting reaction to a viral infection.
I would recommend you to take antivirals like tablet aciclovir 400 mg thrice daily for 7 days and apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
It slowly resolves in few weeks.
Antivirals are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet
