Question : I have reddish blotchiness on the back of both of my upper arms but easily blanche's to White looks like a circulatory thing going on not a rash can this be normal? No itching 59 year old high blood pressure that's it no scaling no bumps just red blotchiness

I HAVE IT ALL OVER NOT JUST OUTER UPPER ARMS. LEGS TOO. JUSR REDISH BLOTCHINESS. HAVE NOTICED IT FOR MONTHS. I GUESS NORMAL!!! very easily blanches to white. No bumps
