Brief Answer:
contact a neurologist. trigeminal neuralgia is suspected

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I reviewed your query and here is my advice.
There are many different types of headaches that cause pain in one side of the head. I think it may be trigeminal neuralgia since you say it is triggered by talking.
You may visit a neurologist to diagnose you definitely.
Meanwhile, you can
*take Advil or ibuprofen for pain
*use hot or cold compresses
*rest your eyes
*physical therapy can help to relax muscles
and help ease a headache
*your neurologist may prescribe stronger medications
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
